How can I disable wrong charger notification?

After my battery cover fell off, I dropped my phone in some water and the USB charger stopped working. I ended up getting an external charger (so nothing gets plugged into the actual phone), but it keeps popping up with the "wrong charger notification". Is there any way I can turn this off?

Only by having whatever the water damaged repaired. There's no telling whether it's a short on the contacts (which can just be cleaned off) or a bad motherboard (which is an expensive repair).
