How do you dry out a phone that does not have a removeable battery?

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy A5 in water last night. You cannot remove the battery. The screen is not working & it wont turn of. I removed the sim card and the sd card & placed it in rice but it is still not working. Any ideas?
