HTC 1S - all sound alerts modifications are disabled

Hi, After my HTC prompted me to clear some space on my cell phone memory, now I can't change my default sound alerts. Also, I see no sound under Settings -> Sound. Also, all the photos and videos I had on my gallery are gone. Help :-(

Welcome to Android Central! Do you recall what that function cleared out? I tend to avoid that kind of function, because I like to know what's being deleted.

Use a file manager app to look at the actual directories where those photos and videos were stored. If they were taken by the phone camera, they should be in /DCIM/Camera or /DCIM/100Media.
