Can't send MMS/photos to certain phones? Invalid address error.....

Hello -

I just upgraded from iphone4 to Galaxy s6. I'm having trouble sending pictures to only certain phones. Here are more details:

-I can make and receive calls to all phones
-I can send and receive texts to all phones
-I can send and receive photos from/to my husbands iphone6
-I cannot send or receive photos from my kids phones (iphone6 and iphone5) - I get an "invalid address entered" error each time

I went through all the troubleshooting guides on Verizon's site (the carrier of all the phones). I made sure imessage was disabled on my old phone.

It's driving me crazy! I've been researching and I cannot find a clear cut answer on how to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to Android Central! You might need to contact Apple Support directly and make sure all instances of your iMessage account were deactivated.
