Hi all, I'm new here and hoping some expert can help me out.
First off I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Alpha. It's a UK model and locked to O2. I need to unlock my phone so I can use my new Spanish Orange micro sim.
I've paid for unlock codes which I have but before I can even try to unlock the phone I need to get the Network Unlock Screen. Looking on YouTube I see how this works but all I get is the Sim unlock screen. Naturally when I punch in the Sim code for the new card with the card in the phone it's rejected.
To get passed the Sim lock I must get up the network unlock screen to put in my unlock code but how the hell do I get it up on screen? It should pop up automatically when I put in a card the phone doesn't recognize but it's not doing that at all and so I'm totally stuffed!
Is there anyone out there that can get me out of the crap?
