I need a screen shoT OF call history to a contact. How do I make it display?

I have a Galaxy S5 and I am trying to dispute a rental bill that took over 2 weeks to be picked up after I first contacted them. I need to get screen shots of the contact calls on the individual contact log, to support my case. I know that my phone can display them, because I have accidentally made it happen before. Now that I am trying to make it happen, I can't figure it out!
