What is wrong with my battery?

I was given my tablet as a gift. It worked well at the beginning, but about 2, 3 months ago the battery has been draining to 1 percent but after a few minutes it charges itself up when the tablet is not in use. Then when I start using it again the battery quickly drains to 1 percent again. Since this problem started the tablet hasn't died.

I have tried running a factory reset on it but it didn't help.

Is there anyone who can help?

Hi, I would look at removing some of the apps you have recently installed (3 months ago) see if any of those apps are causing the battery issue. Failing that, register an account with us and upload your battery stats so we can see what is causing the issue.
