My Samsung S5 was submerged in water

[AC Question]

OK, So I was heading to practice and I had all of my stuff in my bag. I had filled up a bottle with Ice and water, And I guess I didn't close it all the way. Long story short. I opened my bag and the bottom was barely filled with a little bit of water. However. my phone was charging so I had the charger connected to it while it was submerged. It had only been a few seconds, but I took the phone out immediately. There are no major problems, but I'm trying to charge it now and the charging icon is appearing, but the phone itself won't charge. What do I do?
