Galaxy S3 Internet just stopped working

[AC Question]

I bought my Galaxy S3 a week ago. I have had no issues until today. I went on it to the internet and it just sit's there like it's thinking. There is no error and it doesn't freeze. Nothing works on the phone except I can receive calls. I tried clear cache and clear data. I took the battery out and restarted the phone.

Can someone please help?

I would try to do a factory data reset.

Hello! Welcome to Android Central! You probably need to do a factory reset. This should be under settings>>back up and restore. Also maybe go to your carrier and ask for a new sim. Failing both of these things, it might be best to return the device.
