Moto x play sd card suddenly stop working

[AC Question]

Okay so, i was playing a game on my phone when the game suddenly stopped, then i received a message saying that there was no sd card and to put it back. I then removed my sd card and put it back but nothing changed. When i put it back it said "sd card verification" and after it again said that there was no sd card. I had this sd card in my phone for like 4months now and it always worked perfectly. The sd card is internal memory. Oh and i tried with another sd card and the phone could read it. So i guess the problem is my sd card ? But i'm not in my country right now im on vacation so i don't have acces to a computer to see my sd card.
