What is wrong with my wireless charger?

I plug my wireless charger in and it just goes to straight lighting up green and you can't charge your phone or anything.... Please help

There are different charging standards out there. One is Powermat, the other is Qi. These are the most common.

Do you know if the type charging pad/stand you have matches the type your phone needs?

Not to be rude, but are you sure your phone charges wirelessly? We don't know what phone you have... What make and model is your phone? What make and model of wireless charger is it?

Does the charger or the phone have any reaction at all when you put the phone on the charger?
