My AT&T Samsung Galaxy S5 is unable to find any updates.

[AC Question]

My Device was taken in the US and later I had to move back to India. Mobile network guy here did something to make it compatible to local networks. Now I am unable to update my phone to latest Android versions. I am not sure about what was done to my mobile, I am not able to use internet Hotspot also.

Take it to a Samsung service center. They should be able to update it for you.
