I have Galaxy S7 Edge that I set thumbprint finger scanner has locked out not asking 44password help

I have bought a Galaxy S7 from eBay I have used it for a full day with no problems after doing a factory reset first I have just set up my thumbprint fingerprint scanner for security and enter the password my phone has now locked me out and he's not asking for a password please can someone help

Hi

You will have to use Google's "Android Device Manager" or Samsung's "Find My Mobile" (assuming you had either of them activated) and change the lock code on your device. If you cannot get it to ask you for a password, then I'm afraid there's not much more you can do, other than to Re-Flash the software.

Flashing the software requires you download Odin, and also download the original software for your device, from Sammoible.com
