Phone Won't Charge Or Turn On.

My phone has been off for days. It's Completely Dead, But When It's Plugged In, A Battery With A Lightning Bolt Appears, Then It Flashes Off. This Happens In A Loop, And It Doesn't Charge. What Could Be The Problem? Help Please.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Leave it plugged into a wall outlet for at least 4 hours, undisturbed. Then try powering on again.

If 4 hours didn't give it some charge, it needs to be precharged.
