HTC One M8 Lost Programming

I was in middle of syncing my HTC One M8 (Verizon carrier). Sadly my computer froze in middle of the sync and now it seems like the programming has been wiped as it won't load past the white HTC start up screen. I have factory reset the phone through the recovery options and it failed to correct the issue.

Bring it to Verizon and ask if they can please flash the latest update. That should "reawaken" the phone without wiping your data.
