My tecno H5 ram is reading upto 91%

how do i solve this problem my phone ram is reading upto 92% which is making the phone run slow and some apps closing by itself and sometimes making the phone to restart by itself and also draining the battery

That's about right - there's no problem. (It's not making the phone run slow, it's making the phone run faster.) This is android, not Windows - any app that can fit in RAM stays there. "RAM Cleaners" are apps written by people who have no idea how Android works, so don't install ANYTHING by Cheetah or DU.
