I unlocked a verizon galaxy s4 but cant make calls and everything else works fine.

I dont know if after I bought the unlocked phone I erased the wrong app cause in the store it was making calls with cricket wireless sim card

If you didn't back up everything you deleted, you'll have to find someone with the same model number phone, back up all the apps that are deleted on your phone to apk files (App Backup & Restore makes it easy), oops - then reflash the stock ROM, THEN restore the apps to your phone. NEVER remove a file you didn't create unless you know exactly what the file is doing.
