Suddenly Zenfone 2 charges very slowly. Fast charging stopped

Suddenly Zenfone 2 charges very slowly. Fast charging stopped. It takes atleast 4 hours to charge full battery

Are you still using the cord it came with or started to charge it any differently than you have been?

The original cable got damaged. Then I bought another cable. It was doing fine for couple of months. Then the cable tip started gettibg hot. So I changed it again.

In the last month I realised that my phone gives error NO SIM DETECTED. And also the charging became very slow
