My screen is cracked on a Samsung Ace. It is blacked out. Want to get my contacts phone # from phone

How do I get these contacts out. The apps I have seen only work for the Galaxy S3s and up models. Not the base model like the Galaxy Ace

Since your contacts should all be Google contacts, a new phone on that account will pick them up. If not, you'll need a new screen (at least temporarily) to change the contacts to Google contacts and sync them.
