Screen overlay on Samsung Note 5

[AC Question]

Screen overlay is nothing but a problem. Since my last update I am not able to give permission or use certain apps. How can I fix this problem? I turned off all overlays but same problems.

Welcome to the forums. There are several reports about this same issue. For most users it's related to Clean Master or other apps by Cheetah Mobile. If you have any CM app installed in your phone, disable or uninstall it and see if the problem persists. Tell us how it goes.
