I cannot sync my computer with my samsung-4

[AC Question]

I receive all my e-mail on my Samsung-4 phone but I am unable to pull it up on my new dell computer. When I go to mail on my computer it says not synced yet Please provide step by step instructions on how to correct this and please keep it simple.
