Sir I am getting dailogue box 'Unfortunately contacts is not working'

sir I purchased my Micromax a311 mobile on 1 February 2015.Now some downloaded apps & contacts while opening stop working & I get dialogue box 'unfortunately contacts is not working' Till now I have flashed my mobile 3 times since I had taken mobile. also have tried factory reset nothing is working. Still I get same dialogue box also my clean master app is showing same dialogue box 'Unfortunately clean master is not working' help me
