No sounds on any apps.

After i updated my software, i can't hear anything from youtube and others app. But i still can hear what people calling on my phone. I can speak with them normally but still no sound on other apps. Earphone too. Formatted but still didn't working!

Hello. First off, have you looked at Sounds and Notifications and turned the Media Volume up.

I did max everything out.

Do you have a game in the background with it's own mute button?

I formatted my mobile.

That has been one of the reasons in the past, or a headset volume button.

Both. With no headset and with headset, still no sound.

Music and media volume control. Stuck on silent?

Tried it but not the same issue.

Having volume Priority / Do Not Disturb set for calls only may cause this but I'm sure you would notice.

Checked it out. Everything is normal but still not working.

SOLVED

So, I checked my setting again and see if I have another software update and it seems like I have another update. So, I updated my phone and my phone sound is now back. It was just an update error.
