Camera and anything related crashes/won't open on LG G5

[AC Question]

Just yesterday I got the new LG G5 and every things fine except every time I try and open the camera I get the notification that "Unfortunately, Camera has stopped." The same thing happens whenever I open Snapchat or the camera feature on Facebook Messenger. What I have tried so far is restarting my phone, gone into the app manager and force stopped it, and a friend even suggested making sure permissions were turned on which they were. Any suggestions? I'd hate to go back to the phone store already.

Might be Snapchat or Facebook messing with your camera. Have you tried starting your phone in Safe mode to see if a 3rd party app you installed is causing the issue?

Welcome to Android Central! 3rd party flashlight apps are also common culprits, so if you have one installed, uninstall it.
