Has anyone heard if the droid turbo 3 is still slated to launch October 2016?

Does anyone know if the droid turbo 3 is coming out in October? There was a lot of hype about it earlier this year and seems like nothing else has been told about it. I am in need of a new phone and want to get something now but I have been trying to hold out to see if the turbo 3 was coming out. And info would be great! Thanks

I have been wondering too. I read about a month ago that it was supposed to be announced this week at some show. I get a new phone on the 14th. Lets hope its out by then

As a convert from iPhone 5, I have an original Droid Turbo and I LOVE it. It's almost paid off. It's funny, I really have no need for a new phone because I'm not having ANY problems with it, yet I find that I have been eagerly awaiting confirmation of a Turbo 3 release to see what changes there will be. I haven't seen any info on a potential Droid Turbo 3 release since the Moto Z line came out. I like what I have read about the Moto Z Force with the exception of it not having a traditional headphone jack. I am also interested in learning more about the Google Pixel and Pixel XL. I just wish I knew whether or not to expect a Droid Turbo 3 release any time soon.
