Why my moto G4 plus say no SIM card after I restart the phone about one hour?

I can not make a call when my phone has a notification said No SIM card, only emergency use. After I restart the phone, the sentence will be gone. Then, I could make calls. After an hour, the " No SIM card" notification will show up again, I cannot make calls again.

It could be a bad SIM, a bad ROM or a bad SIM port. It has to go into a shop for diagnosis. (Start with your carrier - the SIM is either free or cheaper than either of the others.)
