Why does a downloaded App not show in App Manager

After downloading Lost Droid it does not show on Homescreen on my Samsung Galaxy S6. I have tried to uninstall it from the Google Playstore Menu. But it prompts I need to Disable it first. It dies not show anywgphere in my Application Manager,
How can I uninstall this?

Welcome to the forums. Go to the security settings, make sure it's not checked under 'device administrators' and then try to uninstall it again from the Play Store. Tell us how it goes.
