How can I reset my new J7 to get the HIGHLIGHTED EYESTRAINING LETTERS, ETC. CHANGED IN SETTINGS?

My eyes can not read normal letters on paper since this setting was accidently, & without preview, or i would never have chosen it! !!
It is killing my eyes and I can't take it anymore.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Try accessibility... Vision... Font.... (size).... Highlighted letters....
