I dont dont know if am contacting right person please suggest me. I have sony z3 phone and havnt used it from long time but now i want to use and but i forgot pin. I have some kind of court issue and really important data in my phone realted to that. I am happy to provide any sort of identification to unlock this phone. Please help to to unlock my phone.

You could try resetting the PIN via Android Device Manager from another device, or via any other device management app that you may be using.
You could also try hypnosis to retrieve the PIN, which is unlikely to be very deep in your memory.
