can i fix my note 5 (broken screen and blue light)?

my note 5 screen is broken and there is a blue light, after 15 minutes the blue light is get of and its not responding to buttons. it can be fixed?

A remote diagnosis is hardly possible, alas. The phone needs to be put into the hands of a repairer for diagnosis.

Can it be fixed? Yes. Can you fix it? Only if you've repaired the insides of phones before. (If you haven't, you're going to break something - probably just while opening the phone.)

If you do you'll need to watch the you tube video, a heat gun, new screen and digitizer, and possibly a back cover. I replaced a front and back screen on a s7 edge, need to go slow and have lots of patience. I replaced mine after finding out they wanted 476.00 to replace my screen.
