My screen is badly reacting, please help !

My screen suddenly started badly react, forexample when I touch on the top of the screen, it will touch down of the screen.
I don´t have any crack on it and I dont dropped it, it just started after system update, and if I found original system to phone and reinstal completly it, it doesn´t helped :'( please help.
