i seen a text message conversation on my clipboard and want the number it came from or was sent to

Your question is a little confusing because the title does not match the message body.

If the number is a visible part of the picture, then you need to paste that picture into a picture editor and manually copy the number.

If we are talking about a chain of text messages, you will need to paste the texts into a text editor of some sort and see if the to/from data was included in the data copied to the clipboard.
