Galaxy s6 has pulsing blue light with a black screen. I've tried to reset it but thing happens

The Blue light pulsates in and out and I've tried to reset the phone by trying to reset it with holding down the buttons but it still does not work. I've also tried to connect it to a computer but it is not reading the phone.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to rest it>

If you call that phone from another phone and it rings means your screen is dead. But not your phone. If there is no response, your device is crashed. Take it to a repair shop/ dealer and they may be able to resurrect it....
