why cant i browe the internet while on a zte max duo

While on a call, i cannot access the internet. I cant check facebook, emails, or just browse online. How can I fix this problem?

Sounds to me like that device was one of the devices here lately not to provide the two different radios in the device for simultaneously do talk and text like most older CDMA phones.

If you have the option to use Advance 4g services, or something close to that naming, in your mobile data settings, this should fix your issue, but it has to be turned on.
