Motorola G2 software update does not complete install-error

[AC Question]

I keep getting a software update message popping up telling me to install latest software, but everytime I try it will not install, just generates an error, restarts, then says update failed to install. I have tried directly downloading to device, as well as using device manager from computer, still no go. I also tried to factory reset and still not working. Any suggestions?
