S4 restore from PC files

I copied all the files from my galaxy S4 to a folder in my PC.
then I did a factory reset to my phone.
now How can I restore my phone as it was before the reset?
is there a tool or software to do that like iTunes for iphone?

Welcome to Android Central! How did you copy the files? Doing a drag and drop of all available folders to your PC isn't the proper way to backup or sync your phone. For the S4, you should use Samsung Kies. But since you didn't backup using Kies prior to the reset, you've probably lost most of that data. Sorry!

Copying those folders back to a factory reset phone will only be effective in restoring media files (like photos, videos, and music) and individual documents.
