Ok my phone will only play music on left side of headphones

so my phone will play music to all speakers either Bluetooth or with the audio jack. But when I put my headphones in to play I only get the left side. This just started after the last phone update. I have the Samsung galaxy s6 I've tried numerous other music app's. And I have tried about 9 or 10 different types of headphones please can someone help????

see that the left /right sound balance is in the middle
also mono audio should be off
