Why haven't I gotten an email/billed.

I pre ordered the S8 plus on the 16th of April and I still have not got an email confirming it or been billed. It's like i havent ordered it even though i did. I also look on the Samsung website and it says that it is in my orders.

Welcome to Android Central! Who did you order it from? It'd be best to contact their customer support.

I got in on Samsung.com and i put T-mobile as my carrier. Haven't heard a thing yet.

Ok, try contacting Samsung's customer support. We don't have a direct line to them.
