My LG Risio is asking for a PUK and I never set one up. What do I do??

I put a PIN but never a PUK and I have only 8 attempts left. Can someone help me. My tablet is my only emergency communication

Welcome to the forums. You can find the PUK code in the original frame that came with your SIM card. If you have lost it you need to contact your carrier for assistance.
