"Cloud storage full" however I've deleted everything off of my cloud?

I have a Droid Turbo. I've been getting the "cloud storage full" message constantly. The options are buy more storage or remind me later. I've gone in using the my Verizon app to "manage my cloud storage" and deleted almost everything on it. However It still says I'm using all 5gb allotted to me. So I also had a virus on my phone and had to do a manual factory reset. After the reset I'M STILL GETTING THE STUPID MESSAGE!! It won't show me what's taking up this storage or how to delete it! Help!

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried asking Verizon about this? If it's a Verizon service, then they should be able to help you with it.
