How to make a custom background

How can I put one of my pics into my wallpaper gallery

Settings>Wallpapers and themes. Once the themes open, tap on the first image next to MY WALLPAPERS. This will open your Gallery allowing you to chose the image you want to use. Tap on the image you want to use and a menu will pop up allowing you to set it.
