Installation error Couldn't install on USB storage or SD card

Hi,

I am getting the error, Couldn't install on USB storage or SD card . Unmounting the sd card does allow apps to get installed but I need a better work around. I have even followed the instructions at Fixing The "Couldn't Install On USB Storage Or SD Card" Problem On Android and cannot even find the file that is to be removed.

Hi!
I have the same issue. I have HTC One phone with me. It does not have a SD Card, only stock memory of 32gb.
I tried to find the file specified but cant find it any where (in pc or mobile explorer).
It does not install the paid applications, all other free apps can be installed.
If you find the solution, please share.
