Picture thumbnails will not show after switching ROMs

I switched ROMs for the first time the other day using Safestrap. Everything worked perfectly, but after switching back to the default ROM, I am unable to view the thumbnails in the default gallery app. All of the pictures open fine, but scrolling is very slow and can only see the gray icon for each picture.

This issue only seems to effect the default app too. All thumbnails work find when using the 3D gallery from the Razr, however I hate that gallery.
