help please! stuck in recovery!

I rooted my Charge as soon as I got it about a month ago and everything was fine until yesterday I couldn't get my PC to acknowledge my phone's SD card. I backed everything up and reinstalled gummy charge from zip along with the SD card fix I then did the update to 2.1 after. I'm now stuck on the Android system recovery screen <3e> It says Samsung Recovery Utils for BML. I wiped it and tried to flash back to stock & CWM but I'm getting the same screen. I can only go from here or back to download mode. It says under my options:

-- bootmode=7 from cmdline...

have you tried to flash with odin?? got get the stock debloated 2.3.6 with new radios and and flash Via odin. What CMW where you using when doing update from zip?
