How to backup ROM in Samsung Galaxy Ace with Gingerbread 2.3.5 ??

Hello, I want to make a backup of the ROM from my Samsung Galaxy Ace with Gingerbread 2.3.5, I got the phone from an operator ( Claro! in Costa Rica ),

While I google it, find out this

( The phone is rooted now, but I don't want to install the Clockwork mod recovery BEFORE I got the backup , unless there is a way that when I restore the backup the Clockwork is not there after or can be unistalled )
