Radio issues?

So it seems within the last week I am losing 4g and 3g off and on. Variety of different locations. No new apps that would or should effect radio. On Seattle so don't know what's going on. Always seems to happen when I'm connecting to Facebook or to Play and I get the message of no network. Any ideas?

I have been losing 3g signal every once in a while in my home since upgrading to ics a couple of days ago. Signal does not seem do be as strong as it was with gb radios but I'm stuck with what i have.

Might be Verizon, mines been doing it for about a week and I'm still on gb
