Razr Maxx Camera inoperable

Razr Maxx camera not working tried 3 different camera apps get a message phone does not have Camera.
Tried factory resets 3 times,wiped the SD card without success

I've had this happen and a simple reboot fixed it. Hopefully it isn't a hardware issue.

Is it a new phone or was it a refurbished? It sounds like a hardware issue like the camera isn't hooked up

I have heard about this from flashing roms like the one I am using right now but never stock. Kind of crazy. I guess take it back to Verizon store and demand new one.
