Question Z Fold 3 failed to record...

hi, thanks for the help in advance new here
i have a samsung fold 3 with an error everytime i open camera and put video it saids video failed to record
i factory reset check permissions also did all the updates nothing the phone so plenty of space download open camera to try a different app
but when i click record it saids can't save video file but regular picture are save fine i been trying to fix it for many days without success
i hope one of you guys can help thanks again

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wipe the cache partition: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-z-fold3-5g/recovery-mode/. If that doesn't help, you may need to try a factory reset.
