What happened to in app browser(s)?

I realize that many people did not like the in app browser(s) that showed up on their androids over the last year or so, but I greatly appreciated them. Today, all of my in app browsers (Facebook, Pintrest, etc.) just disappeared. I can't find a setting anywhere on my phone (in the apps or in the OS), I have the Galaxy Note 3. Does anyone know how I might be able to turn these back on?

It's up to the app to support them. Until Android M, you won't be able to use any if it's not already in the app. Then it will just open a Chrome tab within the app
