HTC tone download

Probably a silly question, prob be so basic but I can't find where to delete a downloaded ring tone which I have somehow assigned to FB notifications - it doesn't show as the notification tone in sounds and I can find it in ringtones but when I hit delete it doesn't come up as one to delete, it was a message tone from Zedge so maybe they save elsewhere?? Its just an annoying thing, I have looked and looked - thanks in advance.

Have you used a file manager like Astro to search your phone? It has to be on there somewhere, and you should be able to find and delete it with a file manager. I've never used Zedge so I don't know any specifics about where it saves to.

the files save to "zedge" folder on your sd that it makes upon instilation... just navigate to the file via file manager>open the file>select the sound>delete... zedge is what i use... excellent application... it just got an update the other day too... hope this helps... ;-)
